FULFILMENT TIME
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Geelong, Victoria, Australia via Australia Post (Domestic) & DHL (International).
All order received before 10am are dispatched same day, all orders received after this time will be processed the following business day
Please allow an additional time to account for weekend orders and peak trading events. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is ready for dispatch you will receive an order shipment email.
DELIVERY TIME
We dispatch your order from Geelong in regional Victoria. Estimated delivery times for domestic orders on standard shipping are generally between 3-6 business days from date of dispatch.
