What is a typical week of movement for you?
Pilates most mornings, and then an afternoon walk. You wouldn’t catch me dead in the studio in the afternoon because I’m zombie after 4pm!
What inspired you to get into pilates?
A studio in Essendon called Rise Pilates. They made me love pilates because they were so welcoming and it felt lik community. I ended up teaching there and I was mentored by the owner, and that got me into where I am today mentoring and training new trainers.
What’s a tip for someone wanting to start pilates?
Get yourself a buddy / do it with a friend! The best type of movement is one you’re going to enjoy so find someone and drag them along. You’ll then end up getting obsessed (like me).
