What’s a typical week of movement look like for you? 

In a typical week I like to make sure I get into the gym, couple of runs, a swim for recovery and of course I do 3-4 boxing sessions per week! 

What are two daily habits that keep you motivated? 

Keeping up my hydration, I love magnesium for recovery, always getting my dose of sunshine and music really helps me during my training as well. 

What are two tips for someone just starting out their fitness journey? 

A tip I would give someone would be joining a community that is super uplifting to make you feel like you’re not alone and you can lean on others during that process. 

What are some goals for 2025? 

One thing I want to work towards is my overall cardiovascular fitness - whether that’s working towards a half marathon, laps in the pool, and just creating an overall more loving relationship with my running would be a big tick for me.
