1. If you could describe yourself in three words, what would they be?
Ambitious, empathetic, and easy-going

2. What is a typical day in your life?
I love to run or go to pilates first thing in the morning, it really sets me up for a positive day! Generally I'll go to work for the day before coming home to catch up on my own emails and any content editing. My partner and I have dinner and love an early night as we both generally wake up early. My weekends generally consist of Chill Girl Run Club on Saturday morning and socialising. Sundays are for recharging!

3. What is your favourite way to move your body?
Running is my number one, I run about 4-5 times a week during training blocks. I love Upstate Pilates Mat Classes too, I always feel amazing after and there are so many benefits from doing pilates regularly.

4. What are your passions / hobbies?
Running has been a consistent part of my life for about 5 years now - but in the last 1.5 years it's become a main focus for me. I have a run club called Chill Girl Run Club, which is a female run club where we run at a slower pace. Pilates is also a really consistent passion/hobby for me - I love how strong it makes you feel! Besides health and fitness, I also really love fashion and have worked in the industry for over 7 years now.

5. Describe your day to day uniform.
It's pretty rare you don't see me in comfy athleisure or activewear these days! I love getting dressed up for occasions, but I reach for comfy and effortless looks day to day.
