Lovely colour and quality but sizing is all wrong

I have mixed feelings about this jumper... I ordered according to the size chart which was a Large, it arrived and it was MASSIVE! I could fit another person inside, so I returned for a Medium. After another week, this arrived and was still too big. I should have returned it again for probably an Extra Small (yes, the jumper is that roomy) however I couldn't bear to wait more time for another size. Now I have a lovely coloured and warm jumper that looks like I'm wearing someone else's clothes. Please fix your size chart Upstate. A medium is more like a 14-16, definitely not a 12.
