What is a typical day in your life?
My day often kicks off with a brisk morning walk with my dog Dude, coffee in hand, to warm up during the winter months. Once back home, I whip up a bowl of oats and dive into work. Working remotely allows me to maintain a good work-life balance, which I like to make the most of! By 5pm, I switch into workout mode, either heading to the gym or going for a run. I prioritise exercise to unwind after a day of staring at the screen! Back home, I kick my feet up and indulge in a trashy real estate show on Netflix alongside some yummy dinner and of course dessert!
What is your favourite way to move your body?
I enjoy all types of exercise, but my favourites are the ones that leave me super sweaty and exhausted! Lately, I've been mixing things up with running, strength training, and reformer Pilates."
What are your hobbies/passions?
My hobbies and passions revolve around maintaining a healthy lifestyle and well-being. I love trying new exercise classes (I can be a class pass fiend) and I'm currently working towards my first marathon. Running has become a hobby that's allowed me to explore new areas and new coffee spots! Grabbing a bite to eat and going for walks with friends is also a big hobby of mine. A passion that continues to grow and develop in both my personal and professional life, is focusing on integrating mental health with fitness, exploring how exercise enhances overall well-being. I'm fortunate enough to work in both the mental health and fitness industries and love seeing how the two intertwine and complement one another.
Describe your day-to-day uniform.
Easy! Activewear is my go-to. What did we even wear before activewear? An oversized hoodie paired with comfy leggings is and always will be my favourite outfit choice.
