Tell us a little about yourself and what you do to help find a positive state of mind?
I'm Sarah, born and raised local in Geelong I work as a model, content creator and beauty columnist for GT.
For me finding a positive state of mind is about filling my life with what nourishes me both physically and mentally.
From the foods that I eat, the exercise I do and what my mind consumes it’s all about having a balanced approach and lifestyle.
What is your favourite way to sweat at Upstate?
When I first came to upstate I was a dedicated reformer girl through and through. One day on a whim I decided to try the heated Mat classes and and I’ve been addicted ever since. If I had to choose reformer still wins because I love how challenging it can be no matter how experienced you are, there’s always another level.
How do you keep yourself motivated?
I’d be lying if I didn’t say a huge motivator for me was my line of work, but I also think pre booking your classes as early as possible helps. The more organised and routined I am the more motivated I become.
Tell us about your favourite piece in the newest Upstate Sport collection?
Every drop just keeps getting better and better but for me it has the be the hoodie, I love an oversized look and the extra length on the sleeves is perfection.
